The brushing stations
may consist of edge brushes and surface brushes. Different bristle
types are available upon request. |

The priming stations
is located on the front part of the machine in order to prime PVC
extrusions prior to the wrapping process. The unit is enclosed and
has extraction hoods on the top and bottom. |

Optional infra-red
pre-heating units are available for the profile as well
as the wrapping material. The heaters are available in different
strengths of up to 3000W each. |
