The patented slot coater has a unique feature that allows changing the width of the glue application without production stop. The geometrical form of the inside of the unit assures that 100% of the glue is used at all times independent of the application width. The slot coater is self sealing without the use of gaskets.

Glue Roller Applicator

The roller applicator allows for running sheet material as well as roll materials. The PR model has a patented shape on the inside. This shape is especially chosen when running PUT hot melt glue. It assures that no glue is trapped inside the applicator; all the glue inside is constantly flushed with fresh glue. The entire inside of the applicator is coated for easy cleaning.
